Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original DUVAL packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact.

  Label and Ship

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
